To increase the traffic on my site i want to add web messenger service to my site. the site was developed using PHP. i have a developer working for me but he nvr did this before. can anyone help me with the process. Do i need to apply to yahoo. if i need to apply to yahoo, google talk and others where, i mean through which e-mail id i need to apply? how long this process might take? do i need to buy any script?

Just get you pet developer to write a simple ajax script.
If, however, he isn’t trained appropriately, simply google “php ajax chat script”.
And get your dev to implement it.
Or else contact another web developer.
