There are a bunch of ways. The easiest one is to submit your blog posts to social networking sites like digg, stumbleupon, reddit and mixx.
The way those sites work is that their users can read and vote for your post. If a lot of people vote for it gets displayed on the front page and you can get a lot of traffic. Bit like playing the lottery though.
