I am worried after starting an IT Job that someone in the office who I know does not like me could view what sites I look at from home, is this possible? I understand that my web traffic from home goes out and comes in on port 80 so I would take a guess that they would need to scan this port to try and get some packets of data to decrypt into real addresses of sites that I visit.

Depends on what arrangement you have with your company regarding the use of their servers and whether the computer at home is theirs.
However having said that, if your using their system it is possible that your activity can be logged and flagged like any terminal on the system. As I said, it depends on the arrangement you have.
The company are held responsible for what goes through their system, that’s why they monitor their usage.
I would have thought you would have got your own ISP and not rely on a company service. That way your not tied to them.
The average office worker wont know how to do it. If you have someone who is a very intelligent geek with vast computer knowledge, then maybe.
We know already, dude.
