In America most credit cards prevent online gambling due to pressure from the government. In other countries the government prefers to regulate and tax as opposed to half heatedly go for prohibition.
In any case go to Neteller and set up an online bank account. The service is free and I’ve used them for a couple of years with no problems. I’ve put a few thousand through the account too. They are based in the Isle of Man which is an island off the coast of England, owned by the UK, so it is not some third world corrupt country.
Most decent online gambling sites accept Neteller accounts to buy in and cash out. And despite what some people wrote there is nothing unsafe about online gambling with reputable sites. Just stick with the big ones and you’ll be fine. Don’t gamble what you cannot afford to lose.
