In America most credit cards prevent online gambling due to pressure from the government. In other countries the government prefers to regulate and tax as opposed to half heatedly go for prohibition.
In any case go to Neteller and set up an online bank account. The service is free and I’ve used them for a couple of years with no problems. I’ve put a few thousand through the account too.
