I use to play poker online (at Pacific Poker), but then the US passed that law and I couldn’t play on that site anymore. What are the best poker sites where you can play online for money from the US? Do these sites still accept VISA credit cards, debit cards, or checks? And if you win money, has the cashing-out-money-ways changed?

You will find sites that accept US players. Most people I talk to from The US are using “eco card” to deposit and cash out.
Poker stars and full tilt still take money from US players .. My ex deposited from his checking and when he cashed out, part was in a check and part went to his account. I’m not sure if he set it that way or not … Poker starts has a deposit bonus going on right not too .. good luck
Best Place to get the details on who is accepting US – How they accept payments – and news on what is happening in poker in the US is this site:

the link is in the source case it gets masked..
Since the Neteller fallout.
The Four main ways for U.S. players to deposit money that I know of are:
1. A Visa gift card from walgreens (non-reloadable card)
2. Open an Epassporte account. ( like neteller )
3. Visa/mastercard
4. A paytru debit visa card ( like neteller )
A paytrucard is a visa debit card not from the U.S.
I haven’t had any problems with them and pokerstars suggest them to me. http://paytrucard.com/ It’s just one way to go around the new banking law. You can use it at all ATM’s
The withdrawl methods have not changed.
P.S.
Don’t forget to checkout http://upnorthbetting.net/ for the most secure sites, for U.S. players.
if you live in the USA you can’t play for real money
For usa residents go to Absolute Poker or Ultimate Bet
They take Credit Cards and other internet banking – http://www.onlinegamblingcasinodirectory…
