I draw and write alot and I would like to make some cash off of them. I know the internet has ALOT of scam sites on it. Is there any way I can ship my artwork and stories in for some extra odd-job money? What companies are reliable and won’t try an screw me over?

Well, all I can suggest is designing tee-shirts on Zazzle (it’s entirely free! 100%!) and selling them in their marketplace (also 100% free). You set your own price, and you set your profits based on your teeshirt prices. You can get paid by check each month or by paypal (I think).
