Any niche blog can make money on Google Adsense and yes, you will receive a check from Google once you hit USD100. Let me warn you though that it takes hard work and a LOT of posting before you can see some dollars and cents. I’ve been blogging for 2-3 years and I haven’t reached USD100 yet – LOL, but I have friends in Asia who have.

Adsense is the system where you put ads from Google on your website, and get paid a small amount of money for each of your visitors who clicks an ad. Many visitors, means many clicks, and thus more money.
Adsense can earn you quite some money, also on a film review website, but it does take alot of effort and time. As for receiving the money, if you have a bankaccount: definately, if you don’t, you need to have a valid address, and they will send you a cheque. Just stick to the rules of Adsense!
Yes , you can receive money in any country.
I think that your niche is not so good , very low cost per click.
