I’m wondering if any one has statistics on how many blog readers per day correspond to Google Adsense earnings–such as, if you have x blog readers per day, you might get y Adsense dollars per day.
Thanks!

No there is no fixed rate. You might have 10,000 readers and earn $2/day or you might have 1000 readers and earn $5/day. How much you will earn depends upon many factors other than traffic – your website niche, the ad placement, your website’s content, the traffic sources etc. This is too huge a topic to discuss here. The only advice I can give you is keep experimenting and read as many articles you can on this topic.

That depends on 2 numbers: the CTR and the CPC.
The CTR or Click Trough Ratio is the % of people that visits your blog and clicks on the ads.
The CPC or Cost per Click is how much you earn per click.
Imagine you get 1000 visitors and 1% of them click on the ads and each ad is worth 0.1$.
1000*0.01(CTR)*0.1(CPC)=1$ eCPM That means your blog makes 1 Dollar per 1000 visitors.
