You don’t have to manually input codes for Google Adsense. Google adsense will automatically generate codes for you and then, copy & paste that code given by adsense to your site.
You only pay taxes if you are living in U.S., If you are, you only pay taxes once you earn, so, no earnings, no paying of taxes required.
