Sitesell is an excellent all around package for anyone who is just getting started in internet marketing. Your yearly fee includes web hosting, domain name purchase and easy to use web building tools.
However, what’s more valuable is the training materials and user forum.
Sitesell is well worth the yearly cost.

I’m also a member of another affiliate marketing instruction site called Wealthy Affiliate (“WA” for short). WA is a monthly membership site run by 2 guys (Kyle and Carson), who show people how to make a living off of affiliate marketing. I have friends who have marketed Sitesell.com and left to market another service. I cannot say whether their results were due to the product itself or their marketing abilities.
When I have had people ask me about sitesell, I always ask them, “How many people do you know who will pay that kind of money for a website? Especially, when most that will use the service know nothing about building a site.” If your answer is few to none, then that should give you an idea of whether this is right for you.
Website software, hosting and website builders all are very competitive. You are competing against large companies with large advertising budgets…such as Yahoo, Office Live, Homestead and etc. Just keep that in mind when considering this as a business. I do believe there is room for everyone though!
Now, you can choose to join the program and market it to niche markets which might help you.
I will tell you that some of the large companies are paying $3 plus a click for targeted website builder leads/traffic. I know because this is the business I am in and have been building for 3 years now …not with sitesell, but another company offering a easy website builder.
I think what will determine your success is your ability to be creative with your advertising, persistence and time. Building a good business is a lot of work no matter what it is you set out to do.
